What is your minimum booking?

We work with events of all sizes. Most bookings start at fifty guests, though we discuss your specific needs. Smaller gatherings are possible depending on the occasion and your location.

Do you travel for events?

Yes. We service events throughout Montana. Travel fees apply based on distance. Contact us with your location and we'll confirm availability and costs.

What setup space do you need?

For the cigar bar, we need provide a table and basic shelter from wind and rain. Humidors and displays are included in every package with varying degrees of personalization. Every site is different, so we'll discuss your venue layout when you book.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Our service centers on cigars, not food. However, we coordinate well with caterers and venues to ensure your guests have an enjoyable cigar experience.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking four to six weeks ahead to ensure we have time to source the right cigars. Rush bookings are sometimes possible depending on availability, so reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.
